The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced a change in venue for its upcoming National Executive Council (NEC) meeting, shifting the event from the party’s National Secretariat to the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

The high-level meeting, originally scheduled to hold at the APC national headquarters, will now convene at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa. According to party sources, the change was approved to accommodate the attendance of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is expected to address key issues affecting the party and the nation.

The NEC meeting is expected to deliberate on critical matters, including the party’s internal structure, preparations for upcoming elections, performance of elected officials, and possible appointments into strategic national positions.

This move to the Villa underscores the significance of the meeting and the desire for direct involvement of the President in shaping the party’s direction amid ongoing political realignments and national challenges.

Further details regarding the agenda and invited participants are expected to be released in the coming days.
